Brett is a Registered Massage Therapist as well as a Registered Kinesiologist. Growing up, Brett was a high level football player, eventually going to Western University to play football for the Mustangs. He continued his passion for athletics by volunteering as a quarterback and receivers coach for the Niagara Spears for a number of years. It was his time playing for the Spears as well as countless hours volunteering that lead to him being inducted into the Niagara Spears Hall of Fame. It was not only his love of sports and everything physical that helped move him towards a career in kinesiology, but a personal injury in 2012 that solidified his career path. With the help of his Kinesiologist, Brett was able to overcome the obstacles related to his Achilles tendon tear to be able to run, jump, and play sports again.

Brett graduated from Brock University with an Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2015 and was registerd as a Kinesiologist that same year. With the success he had treating patients within the scope of kinesiology, Brett wanted to expand his abilities to become even more competent with hands-on manipulations of the soft tissues. Thus, Brett went back to school in 2017 where he successfully obtained a diploma in Massage Therapy from the Ontario College of Health and Technology, and was registered shortly thereafter.

Brett has put forth many efforts to understand the relationship of biomechanics with the soft tissues of the body to become a comprehensive functional therapist. Within the scope of both designations, Brett can assess the muscular and functional issues of the body and can treat the presenting symptoms through soft tissue manipulations and prescriptive exercises. His ultimate career goal is to not only heal and treat pain symptoms, but to prevent recurrence in his clients by determining all of the true causes of biomechanical dysfunction. It is with the lessons learned from his past, and a passion to heal, that Brett treats his clients with understanding, enthusiasm, and knowledge to give the most beneficial experience possible.
